MESSAGE TO APPLICANTS: Thank you again for your interest in The Callum Foundation. Please fill out the questionnaire below and provide the additional documents requested. All of this will provide our board of directors with the information needed to make educated funding decisions.

All eligible applications submitted will be reviewed by the board of directors. Any application that does not provide the information requested, as directed below, will not be given consideration.

Applicants must have a valid 501(c)(3) and the maximum amount of funding per request is $25,000. For a list of additional eligibility requirements, please click here.
